a few translations from the video:

Tetsu: “Selamat malam!” (Good evening!)
Audience: “Malam!” (Evening!)
Tetsu: “Gua, SuJu dari Korea.” (I’m SuJu from Korea) [notes: before L`arc~en~Ciel’s World Tour Concert, there’s Super Junior Concert held before in our country, so he might be referred to it)
Audience: “BOOOOOOOO!” (pretty much you got the point lol)
Tetsu: “Suaranya mana??” (Where’s your voice??) [notes: he wanted the audience to cheer loudly]
Tetsu: “Apakah kamu mau pisang gua?” (Do you want my banana?)
Tetsu: “Apakah kamu mau jilat lolipop gua?” (Do you want to lick my lollipop?)

obviously the audience wanted them so bad lmao

Tetsu: “Masih mau diteruskan? Masih mau diterurururu….” (he actually asked “Want us to continue the concert?” but he forgot how to say it in our language so he just mumbling randomly lol)
